轴类零件在车床上加工完毕之后,通常都要在工件的端面进行倒角;即使图纸上没有规定,但有经验的车工也会在工件加工完了之后,顺便把角倒出,这已成了习惯。但倒角时一般需要小拖板进行径向移动。为了提高加工精度和生产效率,以求达到数质兼优的目的,工段长周绍基同志针对这一点进行研究,终于创造了自动倒角装置。我们认为这一经验普遍性较大,可供兄弟厂工人同志参考,现分别介绍如下。 1.倒角装置自动倒角装置如附图所示。1是靠模托架,用三角铁焊接制成,固定在大拖板6上。2是靠模,材料用低
