为改善沥青混合料路用性能,同时缓解我国废旧塑料污染,以3种不同密度废旧聚乙烯(PE)为原料制备3种不同废旧PE改性剂掺入普通沥青混合料中,通过车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验及冻融劈裂试验,分析不同改性剂对沥青混合料路用性能的影响。研究表明:掺加废旧PE改性剂之后,沥青混合料的高温性能得到大幅度提高;低温性能受到一定的负面影响;水稳定性得到一定幅度的提高。LDPE类改性剂综合性能优于其他两种改性剂,LDPE+HDPE类、HDPE类改性剂对沥青混合料低温性能负面影响较大。
In order to improve the road performance of asphalt mixture and alleviate the pollution of waste plastic in our country, three different waste PE modifiers were prepared from waste polyethylene (PE) of three different densities into ordinary asphalt mixture. Through rutting test, Low temperature bending test, immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test to analyze the influence of different modifiers on asphalt pavement performance. The results show that the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture has been greatly improved with the addition of waste PE modifier, the low temperature performance has been negatively affected, and the water stability has been improved to a certain extent. The comprehensive performance of LDPE modifier is better than the other two modifiers. LDPE + HDPE and HDPE modifiers have a negative impact on the low temperature performance of the asphalt mixture.
