针对大功率带式输送机张紧装置张紧力不足的问题,提出了一种采用低速张紧以获得更高张紧拉力的低速张紧绞车。设计采用蜗轮蜗杆传动配合齿轮减速实现较大减速比,最终以获得高张紧力的设计目的。新型张紧绞车结构简单、传动可靠,能够很好地满足带式输送机的张紧需要,可运用于大功率带式输送机输送带的张紧。
Aiming at the problem of insufficient tension of high-power belt conveyor tensioning device, a low-speed tensioning winch adopting low-speed tensioning to obtain higher tensioning tension is proposed. The design uses worm gear drive with gear reduction to achieve a large reduction ratio, the ultimate purpose of obtaining high tension design. The new type tensioning winch has the advantages of simple structure, reliable transmission and can well meet the tensioning requirements of the belt conveyor, and can be applied to the tensioning of the belt of the high-power belt conveyor.
