采用微波辐射引发聚合的方法 ,进行了顺丁烯二酸二丁基锡 (DBTM )与硬脂酸乙烯酯 (SAVE)的共聚反应研究。考察了共聚单体配比、无机载体种类及用量等对聚合转化率、聚合物特性粘数的影响 ,并与相应的热聚合进行了比较。证实了DBTM与SAVE在不同的反应体系及不同的聚合方式下反应活性不同。
The copolymerization of dibutyltin maleate (DBTM) and vinyl stearate (SAVE) was studied by using microwave radiation to initiate polymerization. The effect of the ratio of comonomer, the type and amount of inorganic carrier on the conversion of polymerization and the intrinsic viscosity of the polymer were investigated. The thermal properties were also compared. It is confirmed that DBTM and SAVE have different reactivity in different reaction systems and different polymerization modes.
