分析８３１例蚕豆病患者的临床资料，发现该病以学龄前儿童发病者多见，１─３岁占５３．４％；４～６岁占４３．８％；且男性多于女性，男：女为１４．４∶１．０；死亡１０例１．２％，均为５岁以下儿童，病情重、合并症状多、入院晚是主要的死亡原因。认为输血、皮质类固醇的应用和中医药治疗可以缓解症状、增进愈后，是有效的治疗方法。 Analysis of 831 cases of patients with faba bean clinical data and found that the disease is more common in preschool children, 1 ─ 3 years accounted for 53.4%; 4 to 6 years old accounted for 43.8%; and more men than women, male: Female 14.4: 1.0; 10 deaths 1.2%, all children under 5 years of age, severe illness, multiple symptoms, late admission is the main cause of death. That blood transfusion, the application of corticosteroids and traditional Chinese medicine can relieve symptoms, improve healing, is an effective treatment.
