目的探讨不同类型泪囊炎手术方式。方法收集31例35眼不同类型的泪囊炎的鼻腔泪囊吻合术,筛泡前移9例11眼,粘液囊肿7例7眼,泪囊瘘管3例3眼,再手术6例6眼,小泪囊6例8眼。结果随访3个月,28例28眼,均得到一次性鼻腔泪囊吻合术治愈。结论不同类型的泪囊炎应采用不同术式的鼻腔泪囊吻合术。
Objective To investigate the different types of dacryocystitis surgery. Methods Nasal dacryocystorhinostomy was performed in 31 cases of 35 different types of dacryocystitis. Among them, 9 cases of glomerulus advanced in 11 cases, 7 cases of mucinous cyst in 7 cases, 3 cases of lacrimal sac fistula in 3 cases, and 6 cases in 6 cases. 6 cases of small lacrimal sac 8 eyes. The results were followed up for 3 months, 28 cases of 28 eyes, were disposable nasal dacryocystorhinostomy. Conclusions Different types of dacryocystorhinostomy should be used for different types of dacryocystorhinostomy.
