高炉炉底排铅是合理利用矿产资源,增加生产,节约能耗,保护环境和提高经济效益的一个简而易行的好办法。今将这方面的情况与认识介绍于下,以供类似条件高炉作参考。一、炉底排铅是一举多得的可行措施我国部份铁矿和锰矿资源中伴有铅、锌、银等有色金属。有些铁矿含铅量都超过了高炉冶炼的要求,一般在0.2—1.0%之间。某些锰矿的含铅量还高些,含铅量都在2.0%左右。这类含铅较高的矿石,一般不宜直接入炉冶炼,困而致使这部份矿产资源得不到及时的开发和合理利用。其原因是
