图像处理技术在航空发动机孔探检测结果判定中的应用初探

孔探检测是航空发动机检修与维护中一种性能优良的新型检测技术,能为飞机运行的安全提供后期保障。为了进一步提高对检测结果判定的准确性,利用基于Matlab软件的图像处理技术对孔探图像进行处理,在对发动机导向叶片烧蚀孔探图像的应用中发现,孔探图像经灰度化、中值滤波和增强对比度处理,尤其是局部增强对比度处理后,烧蚀区域与未烧蚀区域的界限变得更为清晰。 Hole detection is a kind of new detection technology with excellent performance in aero-engine overhaul and maintenance, which can provide post-guarantee for the safety of aircraft operation. In order to further improve the accuracy of the determination of test results, the image processing technology based on Matlab software is used to process borehole image. In the application of the engine-induced blade ablation borehole image, it is found that the borehole image is grayscale, Value filtering and enhanced contrast processing, especially after locally enhanced contrast processing, the boundaries between ablated and unablated regions become clearer.
