青年员工是企业的新鲜血液,其功效发挥如何对企业的可持续发展起着举足轻重的作用。从某种意义上说,企业活力通过青年员工的素质、精神和境界就可以表现出来。如何促使这些强于理论知识、弱于实践操作的青年员工尽快适应岗位、进入角色,是当前我们企业亟待解决的最重要的课题之一,也是团青工作必然的努力方向和作为舞台。
Young employees are the fresh blood of the enterprise, and its effectiveness plays an important role in the sustainable development of the enterprise. In a sense, corporate vitality can be demonstrated through the quality, spirit and realm of young employees. How to promote these young workers who are stronger than theoretical knowledge and weaker than practical operation to adapt themselves to their positions and enter into their roles as soon as possible is one of the most important issues urgently needed to be solved by our enterprises and an inevitable direction of efforts and as a stage for the CYL.
