《机械》,是有着“日本新感觉派旗手”之称的作家横光利一的名篇之一,在日本文学史上也颇具代表性。小说篇幅不长,但其笔调幽默诙谐,人物塑造生动,文体迂回曲折,耐人寻味。更为有趣的是,小说虽题为《机械》,“机械”一词在文中却仅出现4次。那么,“机械”究竟潜藏于何处?又是如何运作?本文围绕此问题展开分析,探讨了小说《机械》中意义和结构上的双重“机械”。
“Machinery” is one of the famous articles by writer Yokoo Lee, who has the title of “Japan’s new sensationalist” and is also representative in the history of Japanese literature. The novel is not long, but its style of humorous humorous characters vivid, stylistic twists and turns, thought-provoking. Even more interesting is that although the novel is entitled “Machinery”, the word “Machinery” appears only four times in the text. Then, what exactly lies in the “mechanical” and how does it work? This article analyzes the problem and explores the dual “mechanical” meaning and structure in the novel “mechanical”.
