各位代表:我们第二届司法会议开幕以来,我因事莫能和大家一起讨论问题,深感遗憾。据了解,此次会议,经过传达报告、总结报告、以及大小会的讨论,大家对中央司法会议的精神和本省会议的目的都很清楚了。已经进一步的认识了司法工作的重要性,从而交流了经验,检讨了得失,确定了今后的任务。肯定的说,会议是相当成功的。我谨向大家致贺。同志们!三年多来,随着中国人民革命的胜利和中华人民共和国各项工作的成就,我们陕西省司法工作者和全国各地司法工作人员一样,在机构不健全、干部不充实、成规少运动多的情况下,依靠党政正确领导和人民群众大力支持,克服了种植困难,在配合国家各项中心工作与各项社会改革运动中,都起了一定的作用。据不完全统计,截止今年三月,共处理了十万零四千二百八十三件案子。在保护人权与巩固人民民主专政方面,
Distinguished Delegates: Since the opening of the second session of the judicial conference, I deeply regret that I can not discuss the issue with everyone. It is understood that this meeting, through the reports, the summary report, as well as the discussions on the size of the meeting, everyone is clear about the spirit of the Central Justice Conference and the purpose of the provincial meeting. The importance of judicial work has been further recognized, so as to exchange experiences, review gains and losses, and determine the tasks for the future. To be sure, the meeting was quite successful. I wish to congratulate everyone.
