Improving the quality of teachers in rural kindergartens is an important guarantee for the balanced development of pre-school education in rural areas. However, the professional development of rural kindergarten teachers also faces many difficulties. The key to the professional growth of rural kindergarten teachers is to set up the concept of science preschool education and improve the ability of preschool education.
