在自行设计、安装的水平式双辊连续铸轧机上进行了AZ31B镁合金电磁铸轧试验,成功试制出3mm×200mm×Lmm的AZ31B镁合金铸轧板,研究了电磁场对铸轧板组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,在AZ31B镁合金铸轧过程中施加电磁场能显著细化铸轧板的晶粒组织,晶粒平均尺寸由不加电磁场的28~30μm减小至12μm左右;板坯力学性能也得到有效改善,抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率和硬度分别提高了16.3%、28.7%、50%和17.1%。
