试验以小菊品种“孔雀”的叶片为外植体,选择不同的6-BA浓度配比值,以获得再生频率高的培养基配方。结果表明,在浓度为4.0mg/L和5.0mg/L的6-BA中诱导出愈伤组织和诱导出芽的再生频率较高。具体在(MS+4.0mg/L、6-BA+0.1mg/L)NAA的培养基上诱导出愈伤组织,在(MS+5.0mg/L、BA+0.1mg/L)NAA的培养基上诱导出芽,并在1/2MS的培养基上诱导出根,获得再生完整植株,生根小苗在温室生长良好。
In the experiment, leaves of small chrysanthemum variety “Peacock” were used as explants, and different concentrations of 6-BA were selected to obtain medium formulas with high regeneration frequency. The results showed that the induction of callus and induction of budding at higher concentrations of 6-BA at concentrations of 4.0 mg / L and 5.0 mg / L were more frequent. Callus was induced on NAA medium (MS + 4.0 mg / L, 6-BA + 0.1 mg / L) with NAA in medium (MS + 5.0 mg / L, BA + 0.1 mg / L) Buds were induced and roots were induced on 1/2 MS medium to obtain regenerated intact plants. The rooted shoots grew well in the greenhouse.
