从历时性的角度看,乌恰县历史上的民族关系经历了初始的简单共存——发展的多元竞存——失序的冲突竞争——成熟的合作相嵌等类型。影响乌恰县历史上民族关系发展变化的主要因素有:国家政策、宗教演变、国际环境以及民族自身。通过研究乌恰县历史上的民族关系,对正确认识和研究当前该地区民族关系及其问题的启示有:国家统一是民族关系和谐发展的保障;处理好跨国民族问题是促进边境地区民族关系发展的主要内容之一;加强国家认同教育是民族关系发展的基本要求;宗教的良性发展是民族关系和谐发展的重要条件之一。
From diachronic perspective, ethnic relations in the history of Wuqia County have undergone initial simple coexistence - diversified development of competition - conflicting competition of disorder - mature cooperation phase imbedding and other types. The main factors that affect the development and changes of ethnic relations in the history of Wuqia County are: state policy, religious evolution, the international environment and the nation itself. By studying the ethnic relations in the history of Wuqia County, it is enlightenment to correctly understand and study the current ethnic relations in the region and its problems: national reunification is the guarantee for the harmonious development of ethnic relations; handling transnational ethnic issues is to promote the development of ethnic relations in border areas . Strengthening national identity education is the basic requirement for the development of ethnic relations. The healthy development of religions is one of the important conditions for the harmonious development of ethnic relations.
