1 存在问题通过对大港石油矿区民用供水、用水现状的详细调查和研究,发现石油矿区公厕用水浪费现象严重,这其中有管理问题,从根本上看也有设计问题。住宅厕所用水量属各家各户控带,比较注意节约,而公厕用水问题就比较大了: (1) 虹吸式水冲厕所是80年代初在我油田出现的,其优点是无蝇、环境卫生较好。但放水冲洗方式不够理想,每当水箱内水位达到设定高度,便立刻自动放水冲洗,且不管是否有人用厕都如此循序不停地放水冲洗。
