病案管理是医院信息管理中的一个重要组成部分,它的管理水平高低直接反映出医院信息化管理的水平。因此探讨健全儿科病历管理和完善病案管理制度的方法,从而提高档案管理工作质量和效率,促进临床工作的发展。本文通过制定明确的病案管理制度、加强医护人员的学习、准确及时录入资料等方法来健全儿科病历管理和提高病案管理效率。
Medical records management is an important part of hospital information management, and its management level directly reflects the level of hospital information management.
