2005年是全面贯彻落实十六届四中全会精神的第一年,也是完成“十五”计划、衔接“十一五”计划,保持经济社会良好发展态势的重要一年。全省各级组织部门要以邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想为指导,认真学习贯彻党的十六大和十六届三中、四中全会精神,认真学习贯彻全省经济工作会议和省委八届九次全会精神, 以加强党的执政能力建设为主线,紧紧围绕全省工作大局,解放思想,干事创业,全面推进组织工作,为全省经济社会发展提供坚强的组织保证。
