本文报告羧甲基变性半纤维素对动物特异性与非特异性免疫功能的影响,通过溶菌酶含量测定、血清补体总量测定、巨噬细胞吞噬功能及足垫Ⅳ型迟发变态反应等实验,说明该药有免疫增强作用,特别是对非特异免疫功能增强作用较明显。 This article reports the effect of carboxymethyl denatured hemicellulose on animal-specific and non-specific immune functions, including lysozyme assay, total serum complement assay, macrophage phagocytosis, and late footpad type IV allergic reactions. This shows that the drug has an immunopotentiating effect, especially for non-specific immune function enhancement.
