工程墩台桩基为钢管桩结构,桩顶深入墩台10cm,桩基间距为7m×5.9m,每排桩中存在2组叉桩,吊底工艺决定了墩台施工的成败。经过对比分析,选用精轧螺纹钢配合扁担工艺进行吊底,最终取得了很好的效果。本文对此工艺进行阐述。
The pile foundation of the project is a steel pipe pile structure. The top of the pile is 10cm deep into the pier and the distance between the pile foundation is 7m × 5.9m. There are two groups of fork piles in each row of piles. The hanging bottom technology determines the success or failure of the pier construction. After a comparative analysis, the selection of finishing rebar with pole bearing hanging process, and ultimately achieved good results. This article describes the process.
