经济全球化对国际经济法产生了一定影响,国家经济主权原则在经济全球化的进程中面临着各种挑战,“经济全球化与国家经济主权原则削弱论”此起彼伏。本文笔者就此观点进行了理论与现实的分析,并提出此观点的缺陷,最后,笔者从现实的角度考虑,主张在经济全球化不可逆转的趋势下,各国不能淡化经济主权观念,而应在维护国家政治独立、坚守经济主权的前提下,对国家经济主权原则的理解有所发展。
Economic globalization has had a certain impact on international economic law. The principle of national economic sovereignty faces various challenges in the process of economic globalization, and “the eradication of economic globalization and the principle of national economic sovereignty” is one after another. In this paper, the author analyzes the theory and reality on this point of view, and puts forward the flaws of this view. Finally, from a realistic point of view, the author holds the view that under the irreversible trend of economic globalization, all countries can not dilute the concept of economic sovereignty, Under the premise of national political independence and adhering to economic sovereignty, the understanding of the principle of national economic sovereignty has been developed.
