目的探讨上皮细胞钙黏附蛋白(E-cadherin)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在不同孕期蜕膜组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学及图像分析方法比较E-cadherin、VEGF及MMP-9在不同孕期蜕膜组织中的表达情况。结果 E-cadherin在不同孕期蜕膜组织中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);VEGF在早孕组的表达明显高于晚孕组(P<0.05),在晚孕两组(≥孕38周和<孕38周)表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MMP-9在早孕<7周组的表达明显低于早孕≥7周组和晚孕两组(≥孕38周和<孕38周)(P<0.05),在晚孕两组(≥孕38周和<孕38周)和早孕≥7周组表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孕早期(特别是≥7周)蜕膜组织有更好的种植能力,孕晚期两组(≥孕38周和<孕38周)蜕膜种植能力比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of E-cadherin, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in decidual tissue during pregnancy. Methods Immunohistochemistry and image analysis were used to compare the expression of E-cadherin, VEGF and MMP-9 in different stages of decidua. Results There was no significant difference in the expression of E-cadherin between different pregnancy stages (P> 0.05). The expression of VEGF in early pregnancy group was significantly higher than that of the late pregnancy group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The expression of MMP-9 in early pregnancy <7 weeks group was significantly lower than that in early pregnancy> 7 weeks group and late pregnancy group (> 38 weeks pregnant and (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (≥ 38 weeks of pregnancy and 38 weeks of gestation) and ≥7 weeks of early pregnancy (P0.05). Conclusion The decidual tissue in early pregnancy (especially ≥7 weeks) has better ability to implant. There is no significant difference in decidua planting ability between the two groups (≥ 38 weeks and 38 weeks) in the third trimester of pregnancy (P> 0.05) .
