为提高电石渣制水泥熟料行业的职业病防治和职业卫生管理水平,拟通过分析电石渣干磨干烧制水泥熟料工艺流程可能产生的职业病危害因素,提出具体的对策措施。作为水泥熟料原料,目前综合利用电石渣的工艺存在较多的职业病危害因素。但只要积极落实防尘、防噪、防暑降温措施,做好个体防护和应急救援演练,该行业的职业病危害可防可控,可使电石渣的综合利用在经济效益和职工职业健康方面获得双赢。
In order to improve occupational disease prevention and occupational health management level in the cement clinker industry, it is proposed to propose specific countermeasures by analyzing possible occupational hazards that may arise from the process flow of calcium carbide slag dry-grinding cement clinker. As a raw material of cement clinker, there are more occupational hazards in the current comprehensive utilization of carbide slag. However, as long as the dust prevention, noise prevention, heatstroke prevention and cooling measures are actively implemented and personal protection and emergency rescue drills are implemented, the occupational hazards in the industry can be prevented and controlled, and the comprehensive utilization of carbide slag can achieve a win-win situation both in terms of economic benefits and employee occupational health .
