The issue of controversy is the pathogenic cause of tissue-like lepromatoma. This article reports the clinical and histopathological findings of 8 cases of tissue-like leprosy. All 8 patients were of tumor type. 5 males and 3 females; aged 18 to 40 years; disease period 4 months to 15 years.
