卫星人民公社第一基层社(即原来的河南省遂平县嵖岈山卫星人民公社),是全国出现得最早的人民公社之一,目前随着公社化的发展,遂平县已经以县为单位组成联社。我们这次调查研究及规划设计工作只限在原嵖岈山卫星人民公社用地范围内。 一、人民公社的自然地理概况 人民公社位于河南省遂平县西部,西邻伏牛山支脉,境内西部属山区,其余地带属丘 The First Grassroots Community of the Satellite People’s Commune (the original Lushan Satellite People’s Commune in Luanping County, Henan Province) is one of the earliest people’s communes in the country.
