指出了经典润滑理论无法预测实际止推轴承所存在的润滑失效现象。给出了润滑失效分析的基本理论。讨论了温度引起的润滑失效机理、热流体本构方程和临界膜厚,给出了润滑失效分析理论与试验及其他理论的对比。在此基础上对国内的部分止推轴承和三峡水电站机组止推轴承的设计方案进行了润滑失效分析。
It is pointed out that the classical lubrication theory can not predict the lubrication failure existing in the actual thrust bearing. The basic theory of lubrication failure analysis is given. The mechanism of lubrication failure caused by temperature, the constitutive equation of thermal fluid and the critical film thickness are discussed. The comparison between theory of lubrication failure analysis and experiment and other theories is given. On the basis of this, the failure analysis of some domestic thrust bearings and the thrust bearing designs of Three Gorges Hydropower Station was carried out.
