运用基于有限元方法的铸件成形过程数值模拟软件Pro CAST,对机床工作台铸造过程进行模拟仿真。通过对温度场数值分析,结合软件缺陷预测模拟模块,对工作台铸件可能产生的铸造缺陷预测分析,最后制作实验件以验证模拟结果的可靠性。通过对实体铸件缺陷种类统计分析,提出整改措施,为进一步降低铸件废品率,减少成本浪费提供参考。
Using the finite element method of casting process numerical simulation software Pro CAST, the machine tool bench casting process simulation. Through the numerical analysis of the temperature field and the simulation module of software defect prediction, the casting defects predicted by the worktable casting are predicted and analyzed. Finally, the experimental parts are made to verify the reliability of the simulation results. Through the statistical analysis of the types of solid castings defects, put forward rectification measures, in order to further reduce the casting reject rate and reduce the cost of waste to provide a reference.
