伴随着我国幼儿教育事业的不断发展,国家要求各地大抓幼儿素质教育的同时,也更加注重幼儿园和家园之间的互动。《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》中指出:家庭是幼儿园重要的合作伙伴。应本着尊重、平等、合作的原则,争取家长的理解、支持和主动参与,并积极支持、帮助家长提高教育能力。“而幼儿园家长工作的出发点就在于充分利用家长资源,实现家园互动合作共育。
