试验在海南省南繁基地进行。利用大豆显隐性规律,以具有隐性性状大豆品种(系)为母本,以具有相应显性性状的品种(系)为父本,配制杂交组合,采用不去雄蕊直接授粉方式杂交。结果表明,不去雄蕊杂交真杂交果成功率为42.8%;杂交适宜时间在上午7∶00~11∶00,最佳时间在8∶00~9∶00,真杂交成功率最高,达到45.7%;杂交适宜温度在21~27℃,最佳温度在24~27℃,花粉量较多,质量较好,杂交成功率为42.3%。
The experiment was conducted at Hainan Fanfan Base. Using the recessive rule of soybean, the hybrids were made by using the soybean varieties with recessive traits as the female parent and the varieties (lines) with the corresponding dominant traits as the male parent, and the non-stamens were directly pollinated. The results showed that the success rate of true hybrids without stamen crossing was 42.8%, the suitable hybridization time was from 7:00 to 11:00 and the best time was from 8:00 to 9:00, the highest success rate was 45.7% The optimum temperature for hybridization was 21-27 ℃, the optimum temperature was 24-27 ℃, the pollen content was higher, the quality was better, and the success rate of hybridization was 42.3%.
