基于恒温边界一维非稳态传热模型,根据GUM(测量不确定度表示与指南)中A类、B类、合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度4种不确定度,对松散煤的热扩散率测试系统进行不确定度分析。结果表明:影响参数结果的不确定因素主要有温度、时间、重复测量、试样厚度。降低测试结果的不确定度,应考虑降低这些参数的不确定度。
Based on the one-dimensional unsteady heat transfer model at constant temperature boundary and according to the four kinds of uncertainties (Category A, Category B, synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty) in GUM (Measurement Uncertainty Expression and Guidance) Thermal diffusivity test system for uncertainty analysis. The results show that the main influencing factors of uncertainty are temperature, time, repeated measurement and sample thickness. Reduce the uncertainty of the test results, should consider reducing the uncertainty of these parameters.
