用于充填充气轮胎胎腔的聚氨酯海绵是由一种二醇组分和一种二异氰酸酯组分之间发生反应制得的。二醇组分是聚醚型二醇和聚酯型二醇的混合物。当用聚醚型二醇和聚酯型二醇的混合物作为二醇组分同时在生产过程中通过调节发泡剂含量而制得软质聚氨酯海绵,并将用这样的方法制得的聚氨酯海绵充填到充气轮胎的胎腔时,能起到降低轮胎胎腔产生的共鸣噪音和改善轮胎耐久性的作用。 Polyurethane sponges used to fill the tire cavity of pneumatic tires are made by the reaction between a diol component and a diisocyanate component.
