1993年11月27日至29日,国家教委、国家民委联合在银川召开了“全国教育对口支援协作工作会议”.来自全国22个省、市、自治区教委、教育厅(局)和民委有关负责人,对口支援协作工作牵头处(室)、民族教育处、民委文教处负责人等共90余人参加了会议.会议的主要任务是总结和交流对口支援少数民族贫困县教育工作的经验,研究当前工作中存在的困难和问题,探讨新的历史条件下进一步推动对口支援工作的有效措施.
