目的研究2型糖尿病患者体内晚期糖基化终末产物水平(AGEs)与骨密度的关系。方法收集本院就诊的2型糖尿病患者217例,对照组为205例非糖尿病正常人群。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清AGEs水平,双能X线骨密度仪测定腰椎(L2~L4)及左股骨颈骨密度。结果 2型糖尿病组腰椎(L2~L4)及左侧股骨颈BMD低于对照组(P<0.05),但AGEs水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。血清AGEs水平与腰椎骨密度(r=-0.473,P<0.05)及股骨颈骨密度呈负相关(r=-0.429,P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者体内晚期糖基化终末产物水平与腰椎及股骨颈骨密度密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between advanced glycation end products (AGEs) and bone mineral density in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods A total of 217 type 2 diabetic patients were collected in our hospital and 205 normal non-diabetic patients in the control group. Serum AGEs levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Bone mineral density (L2 ~ L4) and left femur neck were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. Results The BMD of lumbar spine (L2 ~ L4) and left femoral neck in type 2 diabetic patients were lower than those in control group (P <0.05), but the levels of AGEs were significantly higher in type 2 diabetic patients than those in control group (P <0.05). Serum AGEs levels were negatively correlated with lumbar BMD (r = -0.473, P <0.05) and femoral neck BMD (r = -0.429, P <0.05). Conclusion The level of advanced glycation end products in type 2 diabetic patients is closely related to the lumbar and femoral neck BMD.
