本文采用酶标法测定了缺血性脑血管病患者血浆NO含量及采用比色法测定了SOD的含量。结果表明脑梗塞急性期病人NO含量显著高于恢复期及对照组,SOD含量低于恢复期及对照组,TIA发作组的NO和SOD含量均明显降低。提示了NO在缺血性脑血管病中对神经细胞的损害及保护作用。
In this paper, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine plasma NO levels in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and the content of SOD was determined by colorimetry. The results showed that the content of NO in patients with acute cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that in convalescent and control groups, the content of SOD was lower than that in convalescent and control groups, and the levels of NO and SOD in TIA were significantly decreased. Prompted NO in ischemic cerebrovascular disease on nerve cell damage and protective effect.
