3月15 日,在上海新国际博览中心一年一度的 SEMICON CHINA 上,半导体业界“巨 头”相聚上海。SEMICON CHIN 是由中国电子商会和 SEMI 主办的半导体制造技术的专业展会,本届 SEMICON CHINA 展出面积 31625 平米,共 1492 个展位,936 家参展企业,展商来自于全球 25 个国家与地 区,展会期间展商们将展出了企业的最新技术、产品与服务。据 SEMI 统计今年的展会观众超过了 2 万人。 为吸引全球优秀设计公司进入未来的晶圆制造基地——中国,了解中国晶圆加工技术与能力,SEMI 中国与上 海集成电路行业协会筹措了 IC 制造与设计自动化专区,此外,还另推出多于 25 个的技术研讨活动,以提升 人们对中国半导体制造的了解。 本届展会,即有展览会的热闹又有研讨会的精彩,并新增加了在半导体领域中颇为关注的演讲内容,如 融资讨论会、技术出口管制等方面。在 3 月 14 日展览会之前还举办了一系列技术课程及专题讨论会,包括无 铅技术对高密度 IC 封装的影响及表面组装技术(SMT)组件的课程,以及 CMOS 纳米电子及未来非典型 CMOS 器件的会议。SEMI 技术论坛和 SEMI 国际标准专题讨论会也对三大重要标准进行概述:设备通信(SEMI E5)、定义和测量设备可靠性、可用性及可维护性(SEMI 10)以及环境、健康与安
On March 15, at the annual SEMICON CHINA at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, the “giants” of the semiconductor industry came together in Shanghai. SEMICON CHIN is a professional exhibition of semiconductor manufacturing technology organized by China Electronics Chamber of Commerce and SEMI. SEMICON CHINA has a total exhibition area of 31625 square meters, with a total of 1492 booths and 936 exhibitors. Exhibitors come from 25 countries and regions throughout the world. Exhibitors will be exhibiting the latest technology, products and services. According to SEMI statistics this year’s show more than 20,000 visitors. In order to attract the world’s best design companies into the future of wafer manufacturing base in China, to understand China’s wafer processing technology and capabilities, SEMI China and Shanghai IC Industry Association raised IC manufacturing and design automation zone, in addition, it also introduced more than 25 technical seminars to enhance people’s understanding of China’s semiconductor manufacturing. This exhibition, that is, the excitement of the exhibition and the wonderful seminar, and added a new concern in the semiconductor field of speech, such as financing seminars, technology export control and so on.
