综合管廊做为一项利国利民,建设意义重大的“里子”工程,其重要程度无需赘述。但在具体施工过程中又常有市区地形复杂,涉及管线众多,加上地铁、地下走道等地下空间的开发、传统施工方案变更返工较多等一系列问题。为了解决这些问题,近年来,BIM技术在管廊中的应用越发广泛和成熟。通过BIM技术及其系列软件的应用,构建了一个全新的、简易的工作平台。从而更好地实施这一惠民工程。
