水资源是西北地区社会经济发展和生态环境建设的基础 ,研究水资源有效利用 ,解决水资源问题是西部大开发的前提。在分析西北地区水资源条件与供用水的基础上 ,研究了西北地区在水资源开发利用中存在的问题 ,并以解决水资源问题为目的 ,以实现地区环境、经济、社会协调发展为原则 ,提出了水资源合理、有效开发利用之途径。
Water resources are the foundation for socio-economic development and ecological environment construction in Northwest China. Studying the effective utilization of water resources and solving the water resources problem are the preconditions for the development of the western region. Based on the analysis of water resources conditions and water supply in Northwest China, this paper studied the problems existing in the development and utilization of water resources in Northwest China. In order to solve the water resources problem and in order to achieve the coordinated development of the environment, economy and society in the region, Put forward a reasonable and effective way to develop and utilize water resources.
