In order to further study the influence of oil pollution on marine nematodes and provide scientific data for marine environment monitoring, the species, community structure and environmental variables of marine life-threatening nematodes in petroleum from some parts of Dalian Bay are studied in depth. The results showed that marine nematodes of CS (unpolished area) and PS (petroleum-contaminated area) had the same predominance in feeding type, scraping-eaters (2A), seven same dominant genera, and also had different occasional species Rare species. The marine nematode Marylynnia is significantly and positively related to TPH (petroleum hydrocarbon). There was a positive correlation between TPH and water content, organic carbon, salinity and pH. TPH was negatively correlated with total nitrogen, biomass, EH, sand and total phosphorus. The environmental variables of CS and PS were significantly correlated with the marine nematode community structure. Therefore, TPH indirectly affected the marine nematode community structure through organic carbon, salinity and pH.
