目的:对免疫复方的化学成分进行系统研究。方法:免疫复方水煎液用正丁醇萃取后剩余的水层,经大孔吸附树脂洗脱,对30%乙醇洗脱部分采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和中低压制备等手段进行分离,依据理化性质和波谱法鉴定化学结构。结果:从免疫复方的大孔吸附树脂30%乙醇洗脱部分分得11个化合物,分别鉴定为4-羟基-2-(E)-壬烯酸(1),腺嘌呤(2),芹菜素(3),木犀草素(4)腺苷,(5),鸡屎藤次苷甲酯(6),黄芪甲苷(7),没食子酰芍药苷(8),丹参素(9),丹酚酸C(10),芹菜素-7-O-β-D葡萄糖苷(11)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从免疫复方中分得,其中化合物1及其同类化合物均未见从复方单味药中分离的报道。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of immune compound systematically. Methods: The remaining aqueous layer of n-butanol extract was extracted from the decoction of immunized compound and eluted with macroporous adsorption resin. The eluted fractions of 30% ethanol were separated by silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography and medium- and low-pressure preparative methods , Based on physical and chemical properties and spectral identification of chemical structure. Results: Eleven compounds were separated from the elution fractions of 30% ethanol in macroporous adsorption resin of immunocomplexes and identified as 4-hydroxy-2- (E) -nonenoic acid (1), adenine (2), apigenin (3), luteolin (4) adenosine, (5), chicken fecal glycosides methyl ester (6), Astragaloside (7), galloyl paeoniflorin (8) Phenolic acids C (10), apigenin-7-O-β-D glucoside (11). CONCLUSION: The above compounds were obtained from immunocomplex for the first time, of which compound 1 and its analogues were not reported from compound single drug.
