标准化是企业各项技术、管理工作的基础,是推进企业管理创新的重要手段,是企业管理现代化的重要标志。标准化管理离不开标准化培训。在知识经济的时代,知识成为了企业核心竞争力的主要来源,知识管理成为了企业或组织创新与传承的重要保障。随着移动互联网等信息技术的发展,知识管理的理念、方法、手段发生了深刻的变革,本文站在知识管理的新趋势、新技术的视角下审视标准化培训工作,并着重介绍了作者所在单位全员多层次培训体系构建、培训—业务一体化立体监控平台搭建、基于移动互联网的培训平台建设等相关实践。最后,对知识管理和标准化培训的发展趋势做了展望。
Standardization is the basis of all technical and management work in an enterprise. It is an important means of promoting the innovation of enterprise management and an important symbol of the modernization of enterprise management. Standardized management can not do without standardized training. In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the main source of the core competitiveness of enterprises, and knowledge management has become an important guarantee for the innovation and inheritance of enterprises or organizations. With the development of information technology such as mobile Internet, profound changes have taken place in the concept, methods and means of knowledge management. This paper examines the standardization of training in the light of the new trend of knowledge management and new technologies, and emphatically introduces the author’s unit Full-level multi-level training system construction, training - business integration of three-dimensional monitoring platform to build, based on the construction of mobile Internet training platform and other related practices. Finally, the development trend of knowledge management and standardization training is prospected.
