为加强我区食(饮)具消毒卫生管理,保证消费者安全,根据《食品卫生法》第八条第五项规定,我站组织专业人员于6月份对全区270家大中小型餐炊业的食(饮)具进行了消费监测调查,准确掌握了我区餐炊业食(饮)具消毒现状。现简报如下: 1 监测调查对象 本次调查对象包括规模较大的招待所、饭店、集体食堂和小型个体摊点,其中大型饭店平均抽检食(饮)具10件、中型抽检6~8件、小型4件。 2 评价标准 GB14934—94食(饮)具消毒卫
