热处理对冷轧4A60铝/08Al钢复合带材组织及力学性能的影响

研究了退火温度和时间对冷轧4A60铝/08Al钢复合带材组织及力学性能的影响规律。利用金相显微镜、JSM-6480型扫描电镜及EDS能谱仪对铝钢复合材料进行了组织观察和界面元素分析,并对复合带材的拉伸性能及界面结合强度进行了评价。结果表明,当热处理温度为540℃、时间在6~24 h范围时,08Al钢基本完成了再结晶,铝钢复合带材的伸长率超过了30%,屈服强度超过250 MPa;热处理后铝钢界面Al、Fe元素扩散不明显,热处理对界面拉剪强度的影响也不大,界面结合强度均在70 MPa左右。 The influence of annealing temperature and time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 4A60Al / 08Al steel strip was investigated. The microstructure and interface elemental analysis of aluminum-steel composites were investigated by metallographic microscope, JSM-6480 scanning electron microscope and EDS EDS. The tensile properties and interfacial bonding strength of the composites were also evaluated. The results show that when the heat treatment temperature is 540 ℃ and the time is in the range of 6 ~ 24 h, the recrystallization of 08Al steel is basically completed. The elongation of aluminum alloy strip exceeds 30% and the yield strength exceeds 250 MPa. After heat treatment, The diffusion of Al and Fe in the steel interface is not obvious, and the influence of heat treatment on the tensile strength of the interface is insignificant, and the interface bonding strength is about 70 MPa.
