心电图是医生诊治心脏疾患的一项重要依据,在临床上应用十分广泛。分析心电图的常规方法,要求医生对心电图的波形作周密的测量和分析,根据P波、QRS波、T波等波形的起始点、终了点、波高、波间距、曲率等数据进行分析和综合,据此做出诊断。需要做繁杂的测量和计算,工作效率低,精确性亦差。为改变这种状况,近年来,国外正大力开展心电图自动分析系统的研究与应用。本文简要介绍一下这方面的情况。
