目的探讨动漫视频在达芬奇机器人辅助泌尿外科手术培训的应用效果,提高手术效率。方法收集2015年3月至2017年5月达芬奇机器人辅助实施泌尿外科手术病例150例,以2016年5月之前采用传统授课方式培训后的护士为对照组,2016年5月之后采用传统授课方式基础上,增加体位动漫视频培训后的护士为试验组(n=75),比较两组护士手术配合效果、护士对培训满意度及手术医师满意度。结果试验组入位一次性成功率、手术体位摆置时间、平均泊机时间、平均手术操作时间、体位考核成绩、护士对培训满意度、手术医师满意度分别为94.67%(71/75)、(8±4)min、(20±5)min、(166±63)min、(95±10)分、98.57%、95.67%,对照组分别为82.67%(62/75)、(15±5)min、(41±10)min、(213±78)min、(87±10)分、90.34%、89.86%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t/χ~2=7.574、14.310、13.416、5.238、4.257、5.128、4.564,P均<0.01)。150例机器人辅助泌尿外科手术均成功完成,术后随访均无并发症。结论动漫视频培训模式能有效提高体位摆置和泊机效果及效率,缩短体位摆置所需时间和平均泊机时间,因此缩短手术时间,提高手术室护理质量,提高工作效率。
Objective To explore the application effect of animation video in Da Vinci robot-assisted urological surgery training and to improve the operation efficiency. Methods A total of 150 cases of urological surgery assisted by Da Vinci robot from March 2015 to May 2017 were collected. The nurses trained by traditional methods before May 2016 were used as the control group. After May 2016, traditional methods were used On the basis of the above methods, the nurses who were trained in posture and video training were selected as the experimental group (n = 75), and the nurses’ satisfaction with training and satisfaction with training were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of one-off operation, placement time of operation position, average parking time, average operation time, performance evaluation, satisfaction of nurses with training and satisfaction of surgeons were 94.67% (71/75) (8 ± 4) min, (20 ± 5) min, (166 ± 63) min, (95 ± 10), 98.57%, 95.67% respectively in the control group and 82.67% (62/75) in the control group ), (41 ± 10) min, (213 ± 78) min, (87 ± 10), 90.34% and 89.86% respectively. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (t / χ2 = 7.574, 13.416,5.238,4.257,5.128,4.564, P <0.01). 150 cases of robot assisted urology surgery were successfully completed, no follow-up postoperative complications. Conclusions Animation video training mode can effectively improve the effect and efficiency of body positioning and parking, shorten the time required for body positioning and average parking time, shorten the operation time, improve the quality of operation room nursing and improve work efficiency.
