新课程所倡导的学习方式特别强调问题在学习活动中的重要性。一方面强调通过问题来进行学习,把问题看作是学习的动力、起点和贯穿学习过程中的主线;另一方面通过学习来生成问题,把学习过程看成是发现问题、提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的过程。这就要求历史课堂要以问题为中心,围绕问题来进行教学设计。问题是思维的起点,在课堂教学中要想使学生的思维动起来,调动学生的学习积极性,使他们养成良好的思维习惯,培养他们分析问题、解决问题的能力,关键是看教师在课堂教学中的问题设计。
