Experimental animals using body weight of 295 grams to 430 grams, auricle reflex positive albino guinea pigs. After the left occipital posterior approach in the epidural, the sigmoid sinus separated from the temporal bone surface and toward the inside, just in front of sigmoid sinus exposed endolymphatic sac (ES). The ESP was placed in the middle of the ES with a glass microelectrode filled with 154 mmol / L NaCl and the reference electrode was placed on the neck muscles. All experiments were conducted in electrically shielded rooms. The ESP value is the amount of change in potential recorded between the tissue fluid surrounding the ES and the inside of the ES. Acetazolamide solution was injected via cannula into the jugular vein in 2 ml of saline using an infusion pump over a period of 1 minute. RESULTS: Acetazolamide at 0.08 mg / kg had no significant changes in the amplitude of ESP, but at 1.0 mg / kg and 10 mg / kg, there was a significant decrease. The decline started at 20 minutes after infusion Stable. ② less than 10mg / kg, ESP amplitude decreased significantly
