洪一龙简介1979年在中宣部新闻局参与起草《关于报刊,广播,电视台刊登和播放外国商品广告的通知》,这是中国共产党建党以来第一个直接指导广告事业的文件。它对我国广告事业的发展具有划时代的意义。1983年在中宣部、教育部联合召开的全国新闻教育座谈会后,积极规划我国新闻教育事业发展,并直接参与筹建厦门大学新闻传播系广告专业,这是我国高等学校设立的第一个广告专业,此后又参与北京广播学院等多所院校设立广告专业的论证。为我国广告学教育的建立和发展做出了独特贡献。1984年参加以人民日报社,新华社等重要新闻媒体广告部负责人组成的中国广告代表团赴日本考察广告,推动了两国广告业的交流。1987年被选任中国广告协会副会长兼学术委员会主任至1995年,期间多次主持全国广告学术研讨会和优秀广告评选工作。1992年协助《广州日报》创办一年一度的全国优秀报纸广告评选,现在以“广州日报杯”为名的报纸广告评选已成为著名品牌。曾任中国记协新闻学院院长、中国新闻教育学会副会长、中国广告协会副会长兼学术委员会主任、全国新闻高级职称评委、全国新闻职改领导小组办公室主任等职。 Hong Yilong Introduction In 1979, the Information Bureau of the Central Propaganda Department participated in the drafting of the “Notice on Publishing and Broadcasting Advertisements of Foreign Products by Newspapers, Radio and Television Stations”, the first document directly guiding the advertising business since the founding of the Communist Party of China.
