目的观察优质护理服务在宫腔镜手术中的应用体会。方法搜集本院2015年5月~2016年9月的患者90例,分别采用基础护理与优质护理服务进行对比,随机分为观察组与对照组两组,进行对比研究,其中观察组采用组采优质护理服务,对照组基础护理服务,对两组患者护理效果进行对比应用研究。结果观察组患者对于护理服务效果的满意度明显高于对照组,观察组的优质护理服务从血压34(34.15)、心率31(30.76)、术中时间29(28.54)、血量10(10.41)四个方面,明显优于对照组,存在差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本文通研究优质护理服务在宫腔镜手术中护理效应,优质服务可以提高患者满意率、减轻疼痛、预防病发症值得推广与应用。 Objective To observe the application of quality nursing service in hysteroscopic surgery. Methods Ninety patients from May 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital were recruited. The patients were divided into two groups: observation group and control group. The observation group was divided into observation group and control group, Quality care services, the control group based care services, comparative study of the two groups of patients with nursing effects. Results The satisfaction rate of nursing service in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group. The quality of nursing service in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05) Four aspects were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In this paper, we study the nursing effect of high quality nursing service in hysteroscopic surgery. The excellent service can improve the patient satisfaction rate, relieve the pain and prevent the disease from deserving promotion and application.
