本文报告了蒸汽碘染色心肌传导束的实验结果。选用8条杂种大,分成两组,急性处死后取出心脏,分别用Lugols溶液和碘蒸汽两种方法染色;另取8条杂种犬,在体外循环下切开右心房,通过三尖瓣暴露右室隔面,直视下进行碘蒸汽染色,记录心脏复跳后心电图改变,最后急性处死取心肌作组织学观察。结果显示,离体犬心脏两仲染色方法均能清晰显示右束枝、左束枝及其分枝,活体犬心脏经碘蒸汽染色后,未出现完全性传导阻滞和完全世右束枝传导阻滞,心肌超微结构也无明显改变。本文结果揭示,采用碘蒸汽染色心脏传导束可获得与碘溶液相同的染色效果,而可避免碘溶液染色造成的心脏传导阻滞的发生,此种方法简便易行,有较大的临床应用价值。
This paper reports the experimental results of steam iodine-stained myocardial conduction beam. Eight hybrids were selected and divided into two groups. After acute sacrifice, the hearts were removed and stained with Lugols solution and iodine vapor respectively. In addition, eight hybrid dogs were used to incise the right atrium under cardiopulmonary bypass. The right atrium was exposed through the tricuspid valve Septum, under direct vision of iodine vapor staining, ECG recording changes after cardioplegia, and finally sacrificed for myocardial infarction for histological observation. The results showed that the right bundle branches, the left bundle branches and their branches can be clearly displayed by the method of two-center staining in isolated canine hearts. Complete heart block and complete bundle branch conduction did not appear after the living dogs hearts were stained with iodine vapor. Blocking, myocardial ultrastructure did not change significantly. The results of this study reveal that the iodine solution can be stained with iodine vapor to obtain the same staining effect as that of iodine solution and to prevent the occurrence of heart block caused by iodine staining. This method is simple and convenient, and has great clinical value .
