目的探讨经腹输卵管吻合与再孕效果的关系。方法1995年1月～2005年12月54例输卵管结扎后,夫妇双方身体健康,符合计划生育政策,无手术禁忌症。经腹行输卵管吻合术。结果复通率100%,宫内复孕率85.19%。结论经腹输卵管吻合术是输卵管结扎术后恢复再孕功能的方法之一,具有手术成本低、成功率高的优点。值得在基层医院推广。
Objective To investigate the relationship between transabdominal tubal anastomosis and the effect of pregnancy. Methods From January 1995 to December 2005 54 cases of tubal ligation, both couples were in good health, in line with family planning policy, no surgical contraindications. Transvaginal tubal anastomosis. The results of 100% pass rate, intrauterine pregnancy rate was 85.19%. Conclusion Transabdominal tubal anastomosis is one of the methods to restore the function of pregnancy after tubal ligation, which has the advantages of low operation cost and high success rate. Worth promoting in primary hospitals.
